How Do I Meet People?

Grace is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members with an opportunity for everyone to get involved. Whether you are a five-year old child, a seventy-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at this church.

Growth Group

Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, our church has small Bible studies held in member homes. The size of the group is anywhere from six to twelve people. At a time designated by your group leader you can participate in the Growth group study.

Children’s Ministry

Each Sunday morning, children get to participate in their own classes. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. Each of the class teachers is carefully screened and thoroughly trained in children’s instruction. The children’s ministry of our church is recognized for their meaningful interaction with kids.
In addition the Children’s ministry often hosts special events for kids in the community. These events are basically evangelistic in nature but engaging to the children in fun and exciting ways. One such event is CK4T (Character Kids For Today) a monthly program that takes a values based approach to christian education into the community.

Youth Ministry

Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into teenage and young adulthood. There are complicated decisions… bigger stakes… serious relationships. And a whole lot more decisions. The youth ministry  of our church is built upon the Jeremiah 29:11 scripture verse which says: For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. The Project as we call it meets on Friday evenings and provides a welcoming atmosphere for middle, high school  and college aged young people.

Women’s Group

Women’s groups give the ladies in our church family special times of interaction. Our women’s group meets at least once a month for a time  of Bible study, prayer (and, of course, food). This group provides a refreshing discipleship opportunity for the women in the church.

It’s easy to get involved

Volunteer ministry is the heart-beat of Grace. We depend on people who have a love for God and a heart for the things of God. You are invited to be a part of our volunteer team. Whether it is for a particular event or on an ongoing basis, we would be happy to have you.
